Here is another funny picture from our kitchen in Wildwood, Missouri back in late June of 2018. I was holding my phone up to take a quick selfie of us, and Heather made the best surprised face when she looked at the screen. She was still wearing her bright pink hat and that hilarious dog t-shirt while we were just hanging out by the counter. I have my usual serious look going on in my blue shirt and glasses, which just makes her silly reaction look even funnier next to me. I love looking back at these random moments because they show how much fun we always had just being together at home.

Here is one last photo of me and Heather hanging out in our kitchen in Wildwood, Missouri, back in late June of 2018. We were just standing there looking at something on my phone together. Heather was still wearing her funny dog t-shirt and that pink hat with the heart on it, leaning in close with a really happy smile. I was wearing my blue shirt and glasses, looking pretty focused on whatever we were reading or watching on the screen. It is so nice to capture these little, everyday moments because they really show how much we just enjoy being around each other, even when we are not doing anything special.

Here is one more picture from our kitchen in Wildwood, Missouri, back in late June of 2018. I decided to pull out my phone and snap a quick mirror selfie of us while Heather was still holding her pillow. She had this funny, surprised look on her face, and she was still wearing that bright pink hat and her dog t-shirt. I was standing right behind her in my blue shirt and glasses, trying to keep a serious face for the camera. It is always a blast looking back at these random, silly moments we captured on a normal summer day at home.

Here is another picture of me and Heather hanging out in our kitchen in Wildwood, Missouri back in late June of 2018. She was still wearing her funny blue t-shirt and that bright pink hat with the heart on it. I stepped into the frame right behind her for a quick picture, wearing my glasses and a dark blue shirt. I look pretty serious in this shot for some reason, but we were honestly just having a relaxing summer day at home together. It is always great to look back at these simple, everyday moments from our life.

Here is a great, casual picture of Heather just hanging out in our kitchen in Wildwood back in 2018. I love this shot because it is just a simple, everyday moment that perfectly shows off her fun personality. She had on her bright pink hat with the little heart and a hilarious blue t-shirt that says "I LIKE BIG MUTTS" across the front. She was just holding a pillow and relaxing by the counter when I took this. It is always the quiet, normal days at home like this one that end up being some of my absolute favorite memories to look back on.

Here is a great picture of me and Heather celebrating her actual birthday in Wildwood on February 26th, 2020. We got a huge sheet cake covered in glowing candles, and they even put a funny "26" on there for her special day! She was looking beautiful sitting at the table, and I wore a black turtleneck for our cozy celebration at home. You can even see her birthday cards and a little bit of gift money sitting right next to the cake. It was such a fun and happy evening celebrating her together, and her smile says it all.

Here is another great shot from that same night by the Christmas tree in Wildwood back in 2018. Heather and I were having so much fun just sitting on the floor and snapping a few holiday selfies together. She had on her favorite pink winter hat, and I was still rocking my big red Santa hat to get into the Christmas spirit. You can see our funny little stuffed reindeer sitting right next to us, keeping guard in front of the glowing tree. It is always so nice to look back at these simple, cozy nights at home during the holidays.

I was still wearing my bright red Santa hat, and Heather looked so pretty in her pink winter beanie. The tree behind us was glowing with lights and ornaments, and we even had those goofy little stuffed reindeer keeping us company on the floor. It was such a peaceful and happy time, and these pictures always remind me of how special the holidays are when we spend them together.

I snapped this picture of Heather in our Wildwood living room on February 17th, 2020, just a few days before her actual birthday. I decided to give her her present a little bit early that year, and as you can tell from that huge smile, she was pretty excited about it! I got her a brand new set of black and pink Cobra golf clubs so we could start hitting the course together. She even threw on that cute pink hat to match her new gear right away. It was such a fun morning surprising her, and I love looking back at how happy she was in this moment.

Quiet Moments in the Snow Finishing up the Wildwood winter series with these two. It was freezing out by the fence, but the trees looked incredible covered in ice. The Grand Finale in Wildwood We saved these two for the very end. First, we decided to match up with a "black on black" look—sleek, simple, and a little dressier. Then, for the last shot, we went back to the style that started it all: the denim and the turtleneck. It has been awesome seeing these moments reimagined. Just us, at home, looking our best.

This whole "reimagined" idea was a fun way to see ourselves in a new light.
