I really love this photo we took while hanging out in the study today. The emerald green color of my silk shirt looks so nice against the dark wood of the bookshelves in the background. It was such a quiet and calm afternoon, and I am holding onto my favorite silver locket that has a lot of special meaning to me. The big leather chairs make the whole room feel very cozy and warm, which is exactly how I like our home to feel. It is so nice to have a formal portrait where we both look relaxed and happy just being in our favorite space together.
